1 cup Asparagus, cut into 1” lengths
1 cup Mango, peeled and sliced in 1” lengths
1/3 cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
1 2/3 cup 5 Spice Nuggets, roughly chopped
½ cup Lime juice
3 Tbsp Olive oil
½ cup Agave syrup
Pinch White pepper
3 Tbsp Green onion
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil and blanch the asparagus. Let cool.
Chop all veggies and tofu.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and toss to combine. Enjoy!
