1 12-oz Hodo Firm Tofu
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, finely julienned
1 bunch dino kale, ribs removed, cut into strips
2 Tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Heat sesame oil and ginger in a wok till fragrant. Add tofu and brown. Add kale and toss to coat. Add brandy and cover for a minute until kale is wilted. Season with salt.
