Salad with Mandarin Vinaigrette And Five Spice Nuggets

1/3 cup  Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced

1 1/3 cup Napa Cabbage, sliced into long thin strips

1/3 cup Almonds

2 2/3 cup  Romaine lettuce, chopped

2 2/3 cup Five Spice Nuggets, cut in half

1/3 cup Mandarin orange segments

¼ cup Red Cabbage, sliced into long thin strips


2/3 cup Mandarin orange juice

1/6 cup Tamari

1/6 cup Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp.  Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar


2/3 cup Crispy Rice noodles

2 Tbsp.  Cilantro


Prepare all veggies and tofu. Set aside.

Mix all dressing ingredients and season to taste.

Toss all ingredients, dressing and garnish in large bowl and mix gently.
