Excellent over a bowl of steamed brown rice. Here’s a super yummy recipe from Chef Eric.
8 oz Hodo Soy sesame yuba strips
3 Tbs gluten-free tamari
1 Tbs seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp chili oil or sri racha
2 Tbs toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Green onions for garnish
1. Whisk tamari, vinegar, and chili oil together set aside
2. Heat skillet, add oil and garlic and saute till fragrant
3. Add tamari mixture and sesame yuba to the skillet and saute for 1 min until heated through.
4. Garnish. Enjoy!
