3 cups silken tofu
2 cups dark chocolate, melted, cooled
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup coconut cream, chilled
Chill a can of coconut milk well. Do not shake. Turn can upside down and open. Pour off liquid. Remove coconut cream at the bottom. Discard diluted milk. Whisk coconut cream till frothy.
Place silken tofu, maple syrup and salt in a bowl, and whip till completely smooth. Slowly incorporate melted chocolate, while whisking. Fold in whipped coconut cream into chocolate tofu mixture. Chill well. Garnish with shaved chocolates.
