Hodo Soy Beanery opened for business in 2004 with a single booth at a local farmers' market. Nowadays, we love all of our markets: the mix of the new and regular customers, our fellow farmers and artisans, and, of course, the spectacular food of Northern California. The markets are such a big part of who we are at Hodo that all of our employees start work in the company by first serving customers at our farmers' markets.

Your local market is an ideal way to experience what makes Hodo special: sample some freshly made tofu and yuba, ask our market person for a recipe idea, or learn about how our products are made. If we are not at your favorite farmers' market, send us an email and let us know!
