Spicy Yuba Strips
Yuba is the delicate, delicious skin that forms on top of steaming soy milk. Hand lifted and then cut into chewy, noodle-like strips, the Yuba is then pan-fried and marinated in a tangy, spicy teriyaki sauce. The sauce gives a kick to every bite and the salad packs incredible flavor!


Hijiki Tofu Salad
We start with our thinly sliced braised tofu (poached in a light anise and soy broth) and add in roasted shiitake mushrooms, hijiki seaweed and toss it all in a white miso and rice vinegar dressing. The result is a surprisingly flavorful and nutrient-rich salad that everyone will love!


5-Spice Nuggets
We make these addictive, chewy nuggets by flash frying cubes of our firm tofu and then braising them in a Chinese five spice broth. Add them to any salad or stir-fry for a boost of flavor and a satisfying meal.


Curry Nuggets
This is the newest flavor of our popular savory tofu nuggets. Like the Five-Spice Nuggets these are made by flash frying cubes of our firm tofu and then braising them in a warm broth, this time flavored with curry spices and lemongrass. We love to tuck these nuggets into sandwiches, drop them into soups, and serve them sauteed on a bed of warm rice and vegetables.
