In the early days, when we sold only at farmers’ markets, we sought to redefine what tofu could be by comparing our fresh, great-tasting, high quality tofu to the lack-luster tofu commonly found on grocery store shelves. Now that we have our state-of-the-art Beanery we are able to increase our production yield and expand our distribution without sacrificing quality at all.
